 | Willowbrook, IL. - July 17, 2000: Midtronics, Inc. announced today the addition of Gerald W. Lukomski to the company’s Board of Directors. Mr. Lukomski is a Corporate Vice President of Motorola, Inc. and is currently assigned to Motorola University in Schaumburg, Illinois. Lukomski recently returned from a five year assignment in Europe where he served as Motorola’s Vice President and Director to of Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to that, Mr. Lukomski served as President of Motorola Lighting Inc, and Vice President and Director of Worldwide Manufacturing for Motorola’s Automotive Industrial Electronics Group.
