 | IJsselstein, The Netherlands – May 23, 2001: Midtronics today celebrated the shipment of the 75,000th unit from their Micro SeriesTM Digital Battery Analyzer Line at the Autopromotec Trade Fair in Bologna, Italy.
“The achievement of this milestone clearly illustrates how the Micro Series has helped Midtronics change the world for battery and electrical system testing, said Wim Koster, vice president Midtronics. He added, “Our conductance technology is now the industry standard for battery warranty decisions at automotive dealer service locations around the world.”
Mr. Koster presented the 75,000th tester to Steve McShane, president and chief executive officer of Midtronics. McShane said, “I accept this on behalf of the entire Midtronics team, who have dedicated their efforts to making Midtronics the world leader in battery management technology.” He added, “This milestone reinforces our leadership position in the industry, and proves that together, the Midtronics team can continue to supply our customers with innovative solutions to battery management problems.”
