 | Willowbrook, IL. – October 30, 2001: Midtronics today introduced the new Micro XL Series of battery conductance analyzers at the annual AAPEX convention in Las Vegas, Nevada. The series includes the Micro400XL Advanced Battery Conductance Analyzer and the Micro500XL Advanced Battery Conductance/Electrical System Analyzer.
“The XL Series really changes the scope of battery and electrical system analyzers” said Will Sampson, director of marketing for Midtronics. Sampson added, “By adding graphical screen and printout capabilities, quality control features, and merchandising capabilities, the XL Series will provide our customers with the ability to increase profits – which adds value to any equipment purchase.”
The XL Series features advanced technology for testing batteries, including the ability to test multiple battery types, (standard lead-acid, JIS, Heavy Duty, AGM batteries), using different test algorithms with one analyzer – a capability patented by Midtronics. In addition, the XL series includes several other unique features developed to enhance the technician’s ability to quickly diagnose battery and electrical failures while effectively communicating the right course of action to the car owner. |
