 | Willowbrook, IL. – May 9, 2002: Midtronics, today, announced the introduction of a new line of Charge Express ™ battery chargers specifically designed for use with deep cycle, motive power batteries. This is the first product introduction of the newly formed Motive Power Business Unit.
“These economical 6, 12 and 24-volt automatic battery chargers are specifically designed to bring durability, reliability and safety to the deep cycle battery charging process which is something that OEMs and end users alike demand”, said Bernie Kadow, business unit director, motive power. Kadow added, “Midtronics Charge Express™ chargers can be used in many motive power battery charging applications, including small and medium size electrical material handling equipment and industrial utility vehicles of all types.”
Midtronics Charge Express™ deep cycle battery chargers use all-copper transformer windings, silicon rectifiers and high efficiency aluminum heat sinks for reliability and durability. The chargers have automatic reset overload, short circuit, reverse-polarity protection and use double-insulated cases for safety. |
