 | Willowbrook, IL - January 1, 2003: Improving upon the successful attributes of the widely deployed MicroCelltron® Battery Analyzer, Midtronics released the Celltron Advanced™ the latest entry in the company’s line of industry leading battery test equipment. The Celltron Advanced incorporates Midtronics’ patented Conductance technology, designed for highly effective and efficient battery state-of-health determination.
“The Celltron Advanced was developed with the battery maintenance technician in mind,” said Tom Dwyer, Midtronics’ Industrial Product Marketing Manager. “This tester includes many new features that were requested by the numerous technicians using our MicroCelltron product. The Celltron Advanced offers an extended range (capable of testing batteries up to 6000 ampere hours), additional test result memory, quick test editing and voltage only testing and logging. We really feel we’ve developed a comprehensive tool addressing most every battery testing requirement.”
The Celltron Advanced kit includes the tester; two test leads, and a portable infrared printer among other accessories. The unit is designed to meet the rugged requirements of the telecommunications, power generation and distribution, CATV and Uninterruptible Power Supply markets. |
