 | Willowbrook, IL - March 26, 2003: Midtronics, Inc. has announced that the company has entered into a distribution agreement with Alpha Technologies Inc. The agreement appoints Alpha Technologies as the exclusive distributor of Midtronics’ patented battery testing equipment for the Cable Television/Cable Broadband market throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Central America and South America.
“Alpha Technologies is the leader in providing power related products, including batteries, to the CATV industry,” said Bernie Kadow, Midtronics’ Director of Industrial Sales and Marketing. “Therefore, it is a natural fit for Midtronics, as the premier source of industrial battery testing technology, to partner with Alpha. The combined strengths of our two companies position us well to serve the growing CATV/Cable Broadband industry, providing products and services to enhance power reliability in this market.”
The agreement between the companies is effective immediately.
