AutoXray and Midtronics today, at the Automotive Aftermarket Product Expo (AAPEX) trade show, announced the launch of the new AutoXray EZ-Charge Check line of battery conductance testers designed specifically for use with the new EZ-Scan line of diagnostic scan tools. AutoXray, the leading provider of cost-effective automotive diagnostic scanners, and Midtronics, the leader in battery management technology, combined their patented technologies and creative abilities to produce the first products in a new line of accessories to expand the functionality and capability of the EZ-Scan line.
The EZ-Charge Check offers the same core benefits of other Midtronics battery testers while offering additional capabilities based on the EZ-Scan platform and display. The basic model, the EZ-Charge Check 100, is a simple battery conductance tester with voltmeter functionality. Using conductance technology, the EZ-Charge Check 100 makes battery testing safe, fast and simple, and helps users find weak batteries before they fail. The EZ-Charge Check 200 adds additional test capabilities, including voltmeter functionality for capturing low voltage when starting and high voltage readings for testing the charging system.
