If your problem cannot be resolved over the phone, Customer Service will issue a Return Authorization number for your charger or tester. You must call Midtronics prior to having service; all repairs must be authorized in advance.
Return the unit to Midtronics, freight prepaid, to the address below. It will be repaired and leave Midtronics within one business day from the time that it is received at Midtronics.
The unit will be returned to you in the same manner in which it was sent. For example, if you send it to Midtronics via UPS ground, it will be sent back to you via UPS ground. If under warranty, the unit will be returned in the same manner freight prepaid. Make sure that you put the RA# on the outside of the package and include a copy of your Extended Service Contract certificate and proof of purchase inside the box.
