Features and Benefits
Who is eligible for a subscription, and what are the benefits?
All Hyundai and Genesis dealers are eligible for this program. The program is dedicated to streamlining the dealer testing processes, promoting proactive battery testing on customer vehicles, and supporting increased battery sales and dealer profitability. Additionally, the program will enhance dealer service retention and customer satisfaction for customer pay repair orders. All while improving technician efficiency with a turnkey battery testing solution.
What’s included in the subscription?
The subscription includes the Midtronics CPX-900 preventative tester, service, repairs, extra paper and cables (exclusions apply).
Each ordered tester will include:
- CPX-900 Battery tester
- Quick Start Guide
- Extra printer paper
- Docking station
- Wall charger
Subscription Purchasing and Billing Questions
How am I billed for a subscription?
Invoices will be mailed to the dealership’s address, if the Dealership has previously opted for e-mail invoicing, invoices will be sent via e-mail. To switch to e-mail delivery, please contact the Midtronics Accounts Receivable Team at Invoice@Midtronics.com.
How do I purchase multiple subscriptions?
You may purchase multiple subscriptions by selecting the quantity of subscriptions desired during the signup process. There are no limits on the number of subscriptions you can purchase.
I have purchased a subscription, when will I get my CPX?
The CPX will ship within 5 days from the time the order is placed
What is my Dealer Code?
Your dealer code is the 5-digit retailer number assigned by Hyundai/Genesis for your dealer.
What do I do with the CPX at the end of the 3-year term?
At the end of the 3-year term, you can renew your subscription or contact Midtronics to cancel and obtain instructions on returning the CPX.

How do I contact Midtronics for support, accessories, and repairs?
For questions and support, contact Midtronics customer service through an online form https://www.midtronics.com/service-inquiry-form/ or call 866-592-8052.
If your CPX experiences issues, contact customer support. All service repairs are included with the subscription for any issues due to normal usage.
Included with your subscription is a yearly maximum of 1 replacement cable and 2 paper rolls included with the subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Contact Midtronics Customer Service at orders@midtronics.com. Cancellations may incur charges, and all equipment must be returned to Midtronics. See Terms and Conditions for full details.
