 | Chicago, IL, USA - April 5, 2004: Midtronics, Inc. (Willowbrook, IL, USA) filed a patent infringement lawsuit against DHC Specialty Corp. (Taipei, Taiwan) in Federal District Court in Chicago, the company announced today.
The suit claims that DHC products violate patents that have been assigned exclusively to Midtronics in the area of battery testing technology.
