Advancing Battery Maintenance Programs at the Dealership

Working with our vehicle OEM partners around the world, Midtronics has helped save millions of dollars in warranty claims and satisfy millions more customers through better battery and electrical service at the dealership.

Midtronics battery maintenance programs are in place at nearly every vehicle OEM around the world, including automotive, heavy duty trucks, equipment manufacturers, and power sports dealer networks.

Our goals are simple:

Increase customer satisfaction by minimizing the incidents for Dead Battery/No Start on new cars/trucks.
Reduce dealership operating expenses by decreasing the number of batteries dealerships must purchase to replace spoiled batteries in vehicles in inventory prior to sale. For medium to large dealerships, the estimated savings equals thousands of dollars per year.
Increase dealership revenues by testing all batteries and charging those that arrive at the dealership in low states of charge. Because OEMs compensate dealers for charging batteries within the first few days of delivery, estimated new revenues can total thousands of dollars annually for medium and large dealerships.
Reduce battery claims submitted to OEMs, trimming costs by tens of millions of dollars per year.
